Shame on Maguire Real Estate for aiding and abetting in this transaction. They sell out Bay Ridge for their real estate agent's thirty pieces of silver. When Bay Ridge remembers what happened to Lento's, remember that Maguire Real Estate was happy to profit from what happened here.

I don't think Maguire realty is the one you should be blaming!! Its the white trash family disputing over money that are at fault!

You are right it is the family, or the part of the family that owns the building that is the root cause of this thing.
But Maguire Realty, a Bay Ridge based business, is knowingly taking part in something that is hurtful to the entire community.
I think that we should remember that the next time some " rat " from Maguire Real Estate comes looking for a listing or some other business.
Bay Ridge and Brooklyn people have long, long memories.
I am sorry Phantom but i disagree. Maguire's was hired by the building owner. ITS IS COMPLETELY THE FAMILIES FAULT!
maguire realty is in business to sell real estate in our community itis not thier fault.they do good things for our community.when i sell my house i will give them my listing to sell.
maguire is not the reason why lento closed.Maguire realty has strong ties to bay ridge i think you phantom have a interior motive shame on you

Sorry, my friend. No ulterior motive at all. I am just sad at what has gone down at Lento's.
And my personal opinion is different. If the guy who ordered Lento's closed asked me to help sell his property, I'd ask him to take a long walk off the 69th Street Pier.
There are somethings in life that are beyond our control!! What cane we do, we learn how to deal..
it's the family that owns the building that is at fault. they all belong in the nuthouse.
I was advised by an employee of Mcguire Realty that the entire building has been sold and another pizzeria will fill the space of Lento's!!

The Maguires take advantage of everything. They scammed several elderly residents out of their homes with forged documents and commit mortgage fraud. The Bay Ridge community should beware of these thieves.
